Returns and Exchanges

At Barhobby, we stand behind the quality of our product and we try our best to make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may return any item purchased on our web site by mail within 21 days of the ship date. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes less applicable restocking fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If there was an error on our end – for example, if we ship you the wrong product – you will not incur any restocking fees. In all other situations, there is a minimum 20% restocking fee. We would love to bypass these costs for you, but unfortunately we cannot. Many items are direct from the manufacturer or special order and we, Barhobby, are charged this fee for your return.

So, we ask that you please order carefully. Review your shopping cart to make sure you have selected the correct products. Read full descriptions of our products including measurements. We also suggest that you check out your products as soon as you receive them, as you have a 21 day window for return.

In regards to restocking fees, please also note the following:
•    John Boos Products have a 25% restocking fee.
•    Anvil Products have a 25% restocking fee and accessories cannot be returned.
•    Bar foot rails, hand rails and components have a mandatory 20% restocking fee from the factory (used or unused).

Exchanges
You may exchange any item purchased on our Web site by mail within 21 days of the ship date. Pending inspection, an exchange will be issued.

In most exchange instances, there are no restocking fees. There are however some unavoidable restocking fees for custom orders such as bar rails and large ticket items such as refrigeration items. Mandatory restocking fees are as follows:

Return and Exchange Procedure
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our ultimate concern. Authorization is required for any merchandise return.

1. Use our Contact Form on the Contact Us page. Give us your Barhobby order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason for return.

2. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Write this number on the outside of the return box. RA numbers are valid for 15 business days after issue and we must receive returns within 21 days of the original ship date. No returns will be accepted without an RA number

3. Put the returning item(s) and a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the Reason for Return) in the original shipment packaging. Please include all product-packing materials.

All returned items must be shipped within twenty one (21) days of the ship date. Items must be unused and in original condition including the original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum charge).

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless the cause for the return is a Barhobby error. Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments. For your protection, we recommend you insure all returned packages. Barhobby is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.

Cancellations or refusal of orders, which have already shipped, are subject to the minimum 20% handling and restocking charge ($10.00 minimum charge). Heavy or oversize items shipped via truck, including keg refrigerators, are also subject to return freight charges.

5. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible, upon receipt. This may take up to 30 days. Also note that credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
